Welcome to the Doro Channel Support Blog

Hi and Welcome.


My name is Andrew Batchelor and Im Doro's General Manager for Australia and New Zealand. My job is to ensure that you have everything you need to sell Doro mobile phones to your 50+ year old customers.


Customer and partner satisfaction is very important to Doro. We make the world's best mobile phones for Seniors and are the #1 mobile phone manufacturer for Seniors in Europe (volume sales GFK).


General Manager for a whole continent sounds pretty impressive eh until I tell you Im an army of one!


We get lots of great support from Sweden and from our regional R&D / Quality Control office in Hong Kong. However Im your man for local sales support matters.


We have also established a Customer & Channel Support Customer Services team in Sydney. The Service Centre is currently being trained to support both end customers and enquiry from you the retailer.

I have already met many of you, but for those of you who dont know me yet most people use my nickname Batch.


This website has been established to support the staff selling Doro mobile phones at Optus, Vodafone, Dick Smith, Big W, Telechoice and the all other retail channels in Australia selling Doro.
